Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Big White Spot social wall and matchmaking platform (the "Service"), operated by Montages Media Labs (Flat 1, 24 Charles Road, St. Leonards-on-sea, TN38 0QH, UK).

By creating a Social Badge and accessing the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

Profanity, hate speech, or abusive language of any kind in your display name, bio, ID HELP, or direct messages.
Obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic content in your profile photo, avatar, bio, or messages.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking of other users.
Impersonation of venue staff, event organisers, or other attendees.
Spam, advertising, or solicitation unrelated to the purpose of the event.
Sharing personal contact information of others without their consent.
Any illegal activity or encouragement thereof.

2. Enforcement

Venue hosts and event organisers can see all active profiles and messages in real time. This makes it easy to identify anyone violating these terms.

If you are found to be in breach:

Your profile may be removed from the wall immediately.
You may be banned from future events at the venue.
Venue staff may ask you to leave the premises.
In serious cases, we may report your conduct to the relevant authorities.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. As a guest user, your badge data is stored on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Montages Media Labs is not responsible for the conduct of any user, nor for any disputes, injuries, or damages arising from in-person meetings arranged through the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
